Positives
Russell may have one of the strongest arms that comes out of college football. He's a great fit for an offense like the Raiders because of their stretch offense policy. Russell also has great size and mobility that can take off and run if he has to.
Negatives
In my opinion, Russell is the most overrated QB behind Quinn. Russell only seemed to get national attention this year while still putting up mediocre stats. Russell is also known to make bad decision in big situations and is known to miss a lot of his receivers.
